How to Prepare For a QHHT Session and What to Expect

The only actual requirement for a session is the preparation of a list of questions and concerns that you would like your higher self to answer.  The range of questions can span any topic (health, relationships, curiosity, future plans, career, etc.).  You are asked to write or type them on paper and provide them at your appointment.  It is best to put those questions and concerns in some order of importance as, in some cases, we may not be able to address them all.  The best suggestion to have a wonderful session is to release all expectations of what is going to happen or what it is going to be like.  Everyone's experience is unique and individualized.  It is the intention itself (from the very moment you decide to schedule an appointment) to establish a wonderful SC connection that is of utmost importance.  The SC is easily accessed in the meditative flow state (which is quite literally being in the present moment) wherein acceptance and trust prevail.

Here are a few examples:

Two helpful suggestions would be:  (1) If you do not already have a meditation practice, it might be beneficial to begin a practice before your appointment.  At the very least, give yourself quiet time daily to practice silencing your monkey-mind chatter.  (2) In order to practice activating the right-hand side of the brain (where the pictures, memories, and imagination reside), listen to guided visualization exercises or self-hypnosis meditations that can be found on YouTube.

Clear your day for the session if possible, given that there is no designated time limit.  The session will begin with a heartfelt, nonjudgmental interview so that Mary Jane can get to know you better and will be able to ask the best questions on your behalf.  Afterwards, your list of questions will be addressed, the process explained, and then the actual hypnotic regression will begin.  Afterwards, we will discuss what was experienced to help you integrate the journey you just took and you are given enough time so that you are awake and grounded before leaving.  This entire process can take between four to five hours and, on occasion, even longer.  It is generally not a good idea to have additional appointments after your regression or activities that require a great deal of concentration.  You should plan on taking it easy.

After your session (within 24 hours), you will be emailed the recording of it.  Listening to your session in the days, weeks, and even months ahead is imperative because each time you listen more healing will occur.  The ultimate goal is to have your conscious mind “get on board” and align with your higher self and accept any changes or healing you intend to occur.
